RMA (Return of Merchandise Policy)
Shoppers are required to fill out the following RMA form when returning an item. After you’ve received your RMA number, you are then
required to return the item to our shipping address in the next 14 days or less.
In order to ensure satisfaction with your purchase, we request the following:
IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING: If your package arrives damaged, please refuse the package by returning the item to a FedEx shipping location within 24 hours marked "Refused due to shipping damage." You will then need to call us so we can file a claim with FedEx. Failure to do so will result in loss of refund or replacement by FedEx.
KEEP PACKAGING: Shoppers will need to save boxes, packaging material, and paperwork the merchandise was delivered with. We ask you do not throw anything away- they are required items for all warranty issues.
READ INSTRUCTIONS: Read the instructions carefully and completely. Many of the items we sell can be damaged the first time if used improperly. Improper use will void your warranty.
*Note: Not all items arrive with instruction.

If you are requesting an RMA# for multiple items on an order, please include them all on the same RMA form. After submitting the request you will be contacted within 24 hours via email.
You must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original product box, along with your packing slip and a detailed explanation of the defect, within 30 days of the package arrival. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to process a return after it is received. You will be contacted via email as soon as the return has been processed.
Unopened items must be returned within 30 days of arrival to qualify for a refund. We accept returns for refunds on new, unopened and unused items. There will be an additional 20% restocking fee charged to any item returned for a refund. The restocking fee does not apply for items sent back for an exchange. Replacement orders are not eligible for refunds. Opened items that are defective can be returned in exchange for a replacement, for repair, or in-store credit.
